Here’s a very easy way to make your own company drinking glasses for meetings and gifts.
Every office manager and small company owner know that finding and ordering unique branded merchandise is often difficult and time-consuming. On the other hand, pens, notebooks, mugs, and other items with company’s logo makes you look better and more professional in the eyes of your current and potential clients.
Here’s a fast and simple alternative for people owning ZMorph all-in-one 3D printer. You can make your own merchandise using clean drinking glasses, an adhesive foil, and glass etching cream available in every art supply shop.

1. Buy a set of clean drinking glasses.
2. Prepare your company’s logo or any other design in a graphic design software. Save it in DXF format.
3. In Voxelizer software prepare a G-code file for laser cutting just like we did with the laptop stickers.
4. Use ZMorph 2.0 SX with a laser toolhead to cut your design in a piece of adhesive foil. Be sure to follow ZMorph laser cutting safety guidelines!
5. Remove the foil inside your logo or design and stick the remaining material on a glass.
6. Cover the place you want to etch with a glass etching cream and wait accordingly to the instructions on the cream’s packaging.
7. Remove the sticker and wash the glass thoroughly to wash the rest of the glue and the etching cream.
Congrats, now you have your own company drinking glasses!
These company drinking glasses were created by our Chinese friends from Beets3D as an example of what you can make using ZMorph 2.0 SX multitool 3D printer. Vast capabilities of the machine and a large number of materials it can work with gives you a wide range of possibilities.

Creating branded merchandise probably won’t be the major application of 3D printing in your company, but it’s a clever way to use it on a side to impress your clients and business partners.
