CNC ENVIRONMENT
Thanks to voxels we can apply filters in 3D just like you would do with an image processing softwares in 2D. Every voxel stores information about its density, surface angle, depth and color.
Because of this, we are able to modify objects surface and volume in order to increase print success ratio and model quality.
STEP operations
Using the STEP file standard allows you to import models from almost any CAD software to Voxelizer. Additionally, the STEP format better reflects the milled geometry, in contrast to the STL models.
CAM-standard workflow
The new workflow includes standard operations known from the industrial CAM softwares. That means Voxelizer is very accessible for people familiar with CNC operations but also user-friendly for beginners.
Ability to change the tool within one G-Code
Multi-tool CNC operations are now much easier. It’s easy to change the tool within one G-code and doesn’t require preparing separate files. Fine-tuning details is effortless and much more efficient.
Path visualisation
Whenever the user finishes the project in Voxelizer they can see the path visualisation at the end. Additionally the user can generate an animation. This way there’s a better control over the process and the user can preview the final result.
