Single head 3d extruder

Single headed extruder

is the classical extruder for Zmorph 3D print related jobs. Enables you to create three-dimensional models in materials such as ABS, PLA, PVA, Nylon, Rubber, Timberfill, Woodlay, Ninjaflex. Standard nozzle 0.4mm, accepts also precise 0.3 or 0.2 mm for ultimate precision.

3d plastic extruder

Single head 3,00mm extruder

The big brother of ZMorph classic extruder.

This extruder takes materials of wider diameter. Compatible printing with ABS, PLA, PVA, Rubber, Nylon, Ninjaflex, Woodlay and Timberfill. Additionally using 3.00mm extruder you can print with Stick filament. Motor with planetary gears allows very fast and powerful extrusion at high printing speeds, also with larger nozzle sizes.

3d castle design

Plastic extruder for dual material printing.

This extruder can print two materials with similar temperature range separately and also enables limited mixing and blending options.

Extruder for chocolate 3d printing

When you want to take ZMorph to the kitchen

just mount the chocolate extruder and there you go. This feature makes it possible for you to make objects in 2D & 3D with eatable substances such as cake dough, chocolate or any other kind of half liquid eatable goodies.

Enables to engrave, cut and mill in 2D and 3D. This toolhead is subtracting material and can cut through plastic PCV, wood, balsa, gypsum, polystyrene foam and other similar materials.

dremel toolhead

Enables 2D printing and simple volumetric 3D printing of dense masses like silicone, porcelain, ceramics and even food paste like cake or chocolate.

Laser Toolhead

Use the power of a light laser

that enables cutting in wood, paper, carboard, polycarbonate as well as other harder materials when trajectory is repeated. Transform your Zmorph into desktop material cutter or engraver.

3D Scanner is able to capture small and medium sized objects

in a digital form, using set of lasers and dedicated plugin to Voxelizer software. Built upon the concept of rotary table, it is small enough to fit onto any desk, next to ZMorph personal fabricator, that connects to it.

5-Axis toolhead

5-axis experimental toolhead provides a base for further add-ons that expand possibilities of ZMorph personal fabricator.

It can be used as a milling machine for production of precise jewellery or dental models, or 3d scanner for easy copying of physical objects. 3d scanning feature uses this advanced kinematics to gather the data about the geometry, and very precisely turn it into digital form, that later on can be 3d printed on the same machine (with basic plastic extrusion toolhead).
