Why do I need an account in ZMorph Store?

Setting up the account in ZMorph Store isn’t necessary, but it comes with a few handy features. Here’s what you’re missing out by not having an account: Order status Orders history Tracking Access to all ZMorph platforms (including Voxelizer software) Discounts and special offers


How can I sign up?

Go to https://zmorph3d.com/store/sign-up/ and provide your e-mail address and choose a password, then accept the terms of use. Finally, click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”.


How can I log in?

In the top right-hand corner of the site click the account icon where it says “Log in”.


Do I have to sign up in ZMorph Store to place an order?

No, you don’t have to have an account to place an order but the account comes with additional features, namely tracking, order status and history, and more.


What to do when I forget my password?

When you try to log in and you cannot remember your password simply click the “Forgot your password?” option and follow the instructions. We will send you reset instructions to your e-mail.

How to check if the toolhead is compatible with my ZMorph 3D printer?

If you’re not sure if the desired toolhead is compatible with your 3D printer, read the description carefully. You’ll find the compatibility details there.


Can I order a product unavailable at the online store?

All available products are displayed in the online store. If you need a specific part, contact us at sales@zmorph3d.com for a custom order.

Orders

How to place an order?

To place an order, choose a product you’re interested in and click “Add to cart” button. Then go to your cart, choose a payment option, provide a delivery address and confirm.


How to change an order?

If you want to change or modify your order after the payment, please contact our sales department at sales@zmorph3d.com.


How to cancel / return my order?

You can cancel your order without explanation within 14 days after placing an order. To cancel your order please contact us via sales@zmorph3d.com. If the order was already paid, we will return your money within 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. If the order was already delivered, you have to pay for the shipment and we will return the money for the product within 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.


When my order will be shipped?

If the product is in stock we will ship it within 3-5 days after we receive the payment. If it’s not in stock, we will contact you via e-mail and inform you about the prolonged delivery time.


How to check delivery status?

Log into your account and in your profile you’ll find the delivery status.

What are possible payment options?

We support following payment options: Credit cards PayPal Apple Pay


What currencies are available?

We accept payments in USD, EUR and PLN.


How much is import duty?

Outside UE duty payment may be mandatory. In such cases, we will add a duty fee to your order and inform you about it beforehand. The duty fee depends on the target country policies.


How can I use a discount code?


While ordering an item from our online store, provide your discount code during checkout. You’ll see the final price before payment.


Is leasing possible?

Leasing currently is available only in Poland. Details can be found here: https://store.zmorph3d.com/home/leaselink


Where is my invoice?

The invoice is generated based on data provided during the ordering process. It will be sent to you via e-mail the same day your order is shipped.

Shipping

What are possible shipping options?

All orders are shipped via UPS.


What are the shipping costs?

Estimated shipping cost is added to your order in the shopping cart, but the real cost will be calculated after you provide the delivery address.


What’s the shipping time?

The shipping time depends on your country and the estimated wait time will be shown after you provide the delivery address.


Are you shipping to my country?

We are shipping worldwide excluding xxx where ZMorph 3D printers are sold exclusively by our official resellers. If you’re from such a country, we will redirect you to the reseller’s website where you can place your order.


Where can I track my order?

We will be sending you an e-mail with a tracking link shortly after preparing your order for shipping.


What to do when I didn’t get my parcel?

If your parcel didn’t arrive after estimated delivery time, please contact our sales department (sales@zmorph3d.com) or the delivery company.


What to do when my parcel is damaged?

If you see any damage on your parcel, contact our support department within 5 days from receiving the package. Attach the photos of the damaged parcel if possible. We will contact the delivery company in order to lodge a complaint. A courier will visit you in order to fill out a complaint form. If the ordered product is damaged we will replace it or return the money.


What to do when my ordered product is damaged?

Same procedure as with damaged parcel. Please contact our support department and provide detailed information with photos attached. We will be contacting the delivery company in order to lodge a complaint. The product will be replaced by a new unit or you’ll get your money back.


Is something missing from your parcel?

Contact us within 5 days after receiving the parcel if you think something is missing from your order. We will send you the missing parts as soon as possible.

What to do when my parcel is damaged?

How to return a product?

If you want to return your order you need to contact us at sales@zmorph3d.com within 14 days after receiving the parcel. The product needs to be in the original package and is returned at your own expense.


When will I get my money back after the return?

After the returned items are delivered to us we need to examine them before returning the money. You will get back your money within 2 weeks after we receive the returned order.
