1. GENERAL RESOLUTION

1.2. Personal Information of the client is handled in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item. 883, as amended.) And the Law on electronic services of 18 July 2002 . (Journal of Laws No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.).

Administrator aims to care for and protect the personal data subjected, in particular to ensure that the data collected by him is being processed in accordance with the law, collected for specified and legitimate purposes and no further practices which are incompatible with those purposes; relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form which permits identification of relevant data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
2.1. The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:

2.5. Giving the personal data referred to in point. 2.4. it is necessary to provide the Service Provider the Online Services in the Online Shop or Product Sale Agreement. 3.1. 4.1. 5. RIGHT OF INSPECTION, access and correction of clients/customers data
5.1. The Client has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
5.2. Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him contained in the data set of the Administrator, and in particular the right to require complete, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently suspended or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or collected in violation of the law to which they are no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
5.3. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of its own products or services of the Administrator, the client/customer has the right to be entitled to make a written, reasoned statement to object the processing of their data due to his/hers particular situation.
5.4. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, client/customer may use the option in the Account or by sending an appropriate message by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to the Administrator.
6. FINAL STATEMENTS
6.2. The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed, appropriate to the risks and the categories of data being protected, in particular protects data against unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, treatment in violation of applicable laws and its changes, loss, damage or destruction.
