Responsibilities:

  • Follow and improve customer service policies and procedures

  • Cooperate in the daily operations of the customer service team

  • Answer customer queries and solve technical issues

  • Provide accurate reports and database information

  • Influence and update product knowledge base

  • Work with all other departments of the company to help achieve the company goals and aspirations

 

Requirements:

Essential

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Technical Education or experience 

  • Great communication skills and problem-solving attitude

  • Strong analytical skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of 3D printing

  • Experience with ZenDesk or any other ticketing tool

  • Understanding of knowledge base implementation process
