Zmorph has launched its own filament line to ensure that your prints are made of high-quality materials — minus the worry of damaging your printer.
Filaments are necessary for 3D printing and their quality can determine the success or failure of a print. A low-quality filament can harm your 3D printer by clogging its nozzles and interfering with its operation.
With our high-quality filaments, you can finally bring your large projects to life with ease. Our filaments are specially designed to allow successful large-scale 3D printing on professional Zmorph 3D printers.
The Zmorph filaments have arrived!
Before we talk more about our high-quality filaments, we thought we'd share three reasons why filaments are such an important part of project success.

Zmorph filaments have significant advantages over other filaments:
Zmorph aims to provide the best value for the money. When analysing the total cost of 3D printing implementation, filaments are the highest cost factor.
Jakub Mirski, Zmorph’s CCO, says:
“By creating our own filament offer, we wanted to provide our users with the best deal in the long-run.”
Having our own filament portfolio allows Zmorph to deliver the best user experience by ensuring that both filaments and 3D printers are compatible — and optimised — for each other.
Jakub Mirski, Zmorph's CCO, explains:
“Filament and preset quality are crucial for having great 3D printing results. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the best quality. We want to deliver a comprehensive 3D printing ecosystem, complete with hardware, software, and filament lines.”

The Zmorph filament portfolio currently includes five filaments. We have launched PLA, ABS, PET-G, ASA, and BVOH as our starting lineup. BVOH is a water-soluble support filament that allows you to create complex models and get rid of the support structure with ease.
Zmorph has already released five filaments, and more are in the works and will be available soon. We share the details of our five filaments below.
In addition to the material comparison provided below, keep in mind that the four of the Zmorph filaments, namely PLA, ABS, PET-G, and ASA, are available in packs of 1KG spools, whereas the support material BVOH is available in 350-gram spools.
Material | Colour Options | Diameter (mm) | Printing Temp | Bed Temp | Applications | Retail Price |
PLA | Black, White, Grey | 1,75 | 215°C | 60°C | Low-cost prototypes, props, pastry moulds, containers, etc. | 28.99 USD |
ABS | Black, White, Grey | 1,75 | 260°C | 90°C | Functional prototypes, concept modelling, manufacturing aids, end-use parts, etc. | 28.99 USD |
PET-G | Black, White, Grey | 1,75 | 220°C | 65°C | Functional prototypes, live hinges, snap-fit parts, protective guards, casings, enclosures, etc. | 28.99 USD |
ASA | Black, White, Grey | 1,75 | 270°C | 95°C | Moulded components for Auto & Marine applications, electrical housings, outdoor appliances, hand and power tools, etc. | 28.99 USD |
BVOH | Natural | 1,75 | 210°C | 65°C | Water-soluble supports for complex geometries, sacrificial moulds, etc. | 68.99 USD |
We’re already working on a new lineup and our filament portfolio will continue to expand. Stay tuned for updates on our website.
