Two brand new use cases, a clever advice on CNC milling, and TCT summary. Here’s ZMorph Digest #38.
ZMorph VX is a perfect multitool for making functional prototypes. One of our latest use cases is the wireless Bluetooth speaker that you may have seen during TCT Show in Birmingham.
One of the challenges was to create a functional PCB with Bluetooth circuit. We used Laser PRO Toolhead to laser etch the PCB. It works smoothly and looks just as good.
One of the designers that work with ZMorph VX created lovely containers for bathroom and kitchen supplies. To achieve this good-looking result she first made 3D printed mold boxes that were later used to create silicone mold negatives. She then filled the silicone molds with translucent epoxy resin mixed with small stones. The casted objects now can be sold on the market.
ZMorph VX is by no doubt a professional tool that can be used in prototyping and manufacturing. But how else can you use this multitool machine? Head to our blog to read about the most popular professional applications of ZMorph VX Multitool 3D Printer.
The first from a series of articles by our talented engineer Roman Broda is a guide on how to avoid breaking cutters while CNC milling with ZMorph VX.
In this article, you will learn how to avoid both hardware and software issues that cause breaking cutters. If you struggle with these problem, this lecture is a must-read.
Last month our crew flew all the way to comely Birmingham to participate in TCT Show 2018. We met a lot of people that we already knew from our social media, and it was a really pleasant feeling to finally associate names with faces.
We are really happy that ZMorph VX once again gathered new people interested in our 3D printer with interchangeable toolheads. We hope to see you soon at another exhibition.
ZMorph crew was also invited to participate in Made in Wrocław this October. The event gathers startups and small businesses from Wrocław, Poland and we were really proud to introduce ZMorph VX to local people.
It’s this time of the year. One of ZMorph users created extraordinary 3D printed decorations for Halloween. Check out the Zombie head and hand printed on ZMorph VX by Fotis Mint.
